  1. This location has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone from the front desk associates, dental assistants, the dentists, and dental surgeon. With all the work I’ve had done… not one bad experience. They are knowledgeable courteous and get the work done. I would definitely recommend this location to others!!

  2. The office experience is average BUT THE BILLING IS A MESS. I had a claim submitted in summer last year that was no problem. This time was a fiasco FOR NO REASON. My insurance did not change, but for some reason the office person who checked me in selected an insurance plan I had literal years ago. And now the billing department (which has no phone number, is clearly outsourced and their email etiquette is wildly unprofessional) is trying to pretend like they didn’t make a mistake submitting a claim to the wrong insurance and not just LOOKING in their records at my previous bill.

I’m not going back to this office for this reason alone. I just got off the phone to cancel my follow up appointment and the incredibly disinterested front desk did not ask why I was canceling so I thought I’d let them know where. Honestly, save yourself the stress and don’t go to American Dental until they have an actual billing department.

  3. Dr C is the only reason we come here. They fail to tell you that their specialists bill under a separate tax ID that might be OON with your insurance & fail to mention mandatory X-rays for an appt need to be paid upfront until you’re in office waiting to be called. They will demand payment of balance due before scheduling any future appointments. Some staff is so rude, billing especially.

  4. I would like to thank Sirena at the Archer location for being so accommodating when I need services done at American Dental. She demonstrates great customer service with her patience and kindness. Way to go, Sirena!

  5. Scheduling issues and mistakes.
    Over charging.
    Billing and payment mistakes.
Over prescribing “Deep Cleanings” and refusing to do the regular 6 month cleaning in order to charge more than what insurance covers.
