Had a very bad experience after moving. Creating and sending a new chip card can take up to 4 weeks.
But other mail is also on the way for days.
For us, AOK Plus is one of the most exemplary “health insurance companies” in Germany. The focus here is on human health, which is why prevention is supported and promoted at an early stage. We would like to thank you very much for the excellent support during pregnancy and illness, and the always friendly and competent advice on the phone (with Ms. M. Nikolajski, among others – great!).
Thanks to the motivating bonus program including health vouchers, we are now treating ourselves to sports courses that we otherwise wouldn’t necessarily be able to afford. This makes life fun and creates balance from everyday work! Thank you for that!
We can only recommend this health insurance company and app to interested parties. The communication channels are short. Documents are therefore processed very quickly and payments are refunded immediately afterwards. It doesn’t get any better! Keep it up!
