There is not enough short ways. It’s very important for an IKEA shopping.
Bei Fundgrube (second chance goods) no many options and variety which is by Frankfurt branch much more different.
Friendly and helpful stuff, by every station which I hade experienced, food court, cashier and by Bed accessories. But it needs more stuff I feel.

Small as compared to other IKEA I have been. But really compact and has everything that you might need for your household. The staff is really nice and helpful, ( both in the main area and in the warehouse ). Has direct connection from Hanau West railway station.
Worst customer service, rudest possible employee, worst delivery service, worst experience known to mankind.
Even as a business customer, and everything paid, they don’t have a single consideration.
They didn’t not follow the specified window timing. And after much interrogation, we found out that “the driver couldn’t find the apartment.”
What a pathetic excuse for a paid job. Absolutely abhorrent.
A once mighty bastion of bargains now reduced to a place for tea towels and cutlery and little bits and bobs as it’s prices soar beyond bargain levels. After returning a shelf I’ve marked this place further down. A sign of a bad company is the 40 staff there when you want to give them money and only one and a long wait when you want your refund. Telling.
Update 10 January 2024 – I know I know why do i go back. Well I just needed some storage boxes . I do try to avoid it where I can . Tonight I was hungry and tried the restaurant. The chef guy was serving a couple so an employee came from the kitchen and smiled and asked what I wanted. As she started to prepare my order a stern woman with long black hair came out and shouted at her to be in the back, right in front of all customers. She completely ignored us and started berating the poor woman I’m front of everyone . Eventually I got annoyed and had to shout ‘excuse me but I am here . I exist ..why couldn’t you let her finish and take aside and speak to her . I’m being ignored now and no attempt was made to ask us what we wanted . She had her back to us the whole time while this poor woman copped it . Photo is of tonight . So unprofessional & rude .
Extremely long waiting time to return items. Electric charging spots are a joke.
