Very unfriendly MA on the phone, you couldn’t finish a sentence and felt like a school child. I support my elderly neighbors and needed information on how to apply for neighborhood assistance. So you immediately lose interest, instead of helpful support you only get annoyed justifications… A pity
All employees are very nice and competent. There is always a good solution and friendly conversation. Today I would like to particularly mention Mr. Nick Polster. I hope it stays with AOK customers for a long time.
Unfortunately, it was impossible for me to receive treatment there. The branch manager wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and treated me as if I wasn’t mentally up to speed.
I felt like I was in the wrong movie.
Accordingly, my request could not be clarified.
Next time I’ll take the longer route to another branch.
