Definitely recommendable. The agents were friendly and approachable. They were really helpful and they have explained everything to me in English which is great! They alao have DAK AktivBonus which I am excited about. This is definitely a highly recommendable insurance company!
The personal is very friendly but unfortunately they need to put more personal in front desk!!!
They have 5 computers but only 1 person is working

Highly highly recommend DAK ! I have been with them ever since I came to Germany and I am very satisfied! I had a small problem with my insurance recently and got assistance from Frau Siedentopf, she was extremely helpful and the problem was cleared out and sorted quickly!
The customer service is amazing and was mostly impressed by how well they provided assistance. Everyone I’ve spoken to so far has been great especially Ms. Siedentopf who I spoke with recently.
