Hygienist was great, but their billing department needs a lesson in customer service. Not helpful at all. I was assured my bill would be 0 after a basic cleaning and the billing department refused to be constructive when they sent me a bill for services! Which I was notified of via text, no attached bill, just a cryptic message to email their office. No thank you.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I have anxiety surrounding the dentist and Dr. Yaseen made my experience so much better than expected. I originally chose this office because of the positive reviews from others with anxiety and it did not disappoint! She started my appointment by sharing that she had read my paperwork and saw that I had anxiety and then asked about my previous experience and what caused me anxiety. I then shared I’d be wearing headphones during any drilling as that causes me the most anxiety and she was so great at telling me when I’d want to wear my headphones. She was so kind and compassionate and coming from being so anxious of the dentist I could barely make my appointments at previous dentists, I am much less nervous knowing I can continue coming to American Dental. Thank you Dr. Yaseen?
Staff is great/ dental works is great… but the dental billing practices are little shady – They cannot keep true to estimated quotes and will bill you for everything you got. Unless you have iron clad insurance .. expect to have your pockets bled dry. Truly money hungry dental practice. RUN.
Very friendly and professional staff! All paperwork was handled quickly and even showing up close to my appointment time, I was seen at my scheduled slot. Overall a great experience!
Have not been to the dentist in 10yrs due to fear and anxiety from passed experiences. This was absolutely the best dental experience! All the dental hygienists were amazing and Dr. Jackie Eriguel is wonderful!
